With the increased need for safety, hygiene and sanitization required on the property, and for the safety of the guests and others we cannot allow any early check-ins or late checkouts in order to meet the CoViD-19 protocol.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
We strongly encourage guests to smoke outside the house.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consumption of drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to the appropriate authorities.
The pool is not open for use by any visitors due to the pandemic and is unguarded.
Children around the pool must be guarded by adults at all times.
Guests are requested to take care of any personal valuables; management will not be responsible for any theft, damage or loss to items
All guests above the age of 18 must carry valid ID as proof (Driving license and Aadhaar Card only)
Inappropriate behavior or violation of any of the above rules will result in the booking being cancelled. In the event that the guests have already checked in, they will be asked to comply with the management and leave the property.
Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and evening tea time. If you would like tea/coffee at any other time of the day, it can be arranged at an additional charge.

50% of amount will be refunded, the amount deposited at the time of booking is non refundable.
