Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the booking date, your booking date can be deferred up to 2 months.
- If cancellation is made 24 hours prior to the booking date, please don’t request for a REFUND.
- Remember this is not a luxury resort but a rustic farm. While we expect you to come just with a bag of plain clothing, please come with a prepared mind that you may not get a 5 STAR facility.
- Guests are expected to keep the place clean.
- Kitchen, if used, should be kept clean.
- Lets not play loud party music that could inconvenience our neighbors.
- No smoking within the indoor and common areas.
- All breakages and damages will be billed.
