8 Gondav Greens is a serene property in the hills near Imagica(14 km); a carefully maintained piece of land with a vast variety of flora that is in balance with itself and it’s surroundings, all of it guarding a house built over the years with love and extreme care that has everything you need to make the most out of your trip to our personal Garden of Eden.
It’s five acres have more than 800 trees and no shortage of farm animals around it to give you company should you need it. If that’s not your preference you can also bring your family, friends, colleagues etc.
Whether it be dusk or dawn, you have the perfect view to log your day in as soon as you open the door with the sunrise warming your face and the sunset gracing your back.
With our perfectly decorated sit-outs on the property, we intend to help you match the vibe in any season, whether you’re sitting in the torrential rain sipping on chai under cover, enjoying the crisp air on a summer evening or simply taking in the view on a cool winter morning.
We invite all of you to come experience the same heaven as us, even if it’s only for the weekend.

The premises have a house with 2 well ventilated bedrooms with attached bathrooms (300 sq. feet each)
Pet charges are Rs 400 per pet, per day. Pet owners need to carry along food and bedding for their pets.
The home is in a rural area of Maharashtra, powered by MSEB. In case of disruption due to fluctuation, we have chargeable lights in each room which burns out in 4 hours of usage.
Since the home is surrounded by nature, there might be a possibility of sighting friends from the animal kingdom on site. Guests are advised to shut the windows and doors before dark.
There is limited network connectivity in the home but there are some spots outside where the network connectivity is adequate.
There is a fridge in the main kitchen which the guests can use to stock their food/beverages. The caretaker can assist with it.
